腾讯前海总部,位于深圳市宝安区前海大铲湾岛东,共由5个地块构成,基地面积约 80.90公顷,总建筑面积约 200万平方米。本项目位于05地块,是首批建设项目。
In the current colorful design trend, we are more and more willing to build neutral urban buildings, with a "SUNNY & HEALTHY" attitude to intervene in urban life.
Tencent Qianhai Headquarters is located in the east of Dachan Bay, Qianhai, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. It consists of 5 plots with a total area of 80.9 hectares and a total floor area of 2,000,000 square meters. This project is located in Plot 05, which is one of the first batch of construction projects.
我们认为弱边界是创造城市生活多样性的要素,我们通过交通改良将两个场地以广场连接,除了必须要设置于一层的功能,其余均架空,绿化和活动场地与滨海公园连接起来,成为城市公共环境的一部分。
We believe that weak borders are what create diversity in urban life. Through traffic improvement, we connect the two sites with a plaza. In addition to the functions that must be set on the first floor, the rest are elevated, green and activity Spaces connected with the waterfront park, becoming part of the urban public environment.
在6层以下建筑以折线连续贯通,方便串门和社交性邻里生活,向着庭院有更丰富的阳台尺寸,这样可以创造有趣的“阳台生活”,也可以与地面活动的人群直接对话。
6层以下的烟火场景,也与周边建筑保持对应,横向伸展以及分布式小型配套功能,让人在场地内穿行时候感受到温和氛围,也会消减掉许多高层建筑带来的压力。合理组织的流动性会让社区边缘柔化到城市中,消除道路围墙的硬边界。
Below the 6th floor, the building is broken up into a continuous line, facilitating visits and social neighborhood life. There are more generous balcony sizes towards the courtyard, which can create interesting "BALCONY LIFE" and directly talk to the people who are active on the ground.
The living scenes below the 6th floor are also corresponding to the surrounding buildings. The horizontal extension and distributed small supporting functions will make people feel the gentle atmosphere when walking through the site, and will also reduce the pressure brought by many high-rise buildings. The reasonably organized mobility will make the edge of the community soften into the city, and eliminate the hard boundary of the road fence.
在数据整理中我们发现,当前人们的行为模式中,大规模展现出社交惰性,但同时小社群的活跃度却很高。我们认为这一现象是具有当代性的社会状态,合理且毋需改变的,设计最大任务是去安放这些状态。
与6层社区不同的是,我们在大比例的海景公寓中将弱社交、隐私性作为出发点,公寓的标准单元分叉出XY,这会拥有更明亮的走廊和更隐私的入户方式。
分叉开口向着海景方向,所以每次电梯到达楼层都会是个美好的场景。这里还是个拥有海景和露台的小聚落空间,可以容纳非正式的会面,每个楼层的小聚落通过观景楼梯垂直连接起来,形成聚落串。
In the data collation, we find that the current behavior patterns of people show social inertia on a large scale, but at the same time, small communities are highly active. We believe that this phenomenon is a contemporary social state that is reasonable and does not need to be changed, and that the greatest task of design is to put these states in place.
In contrast to the 6-story community, we took the weak social and privacy as our starting point in the large proportion of sea view apartments, where the standard units split "XY" to allow for brighter hallways and more private access.
The forked openings face the sea, so every time the elevator arrives at a floor, it is a wonderful scene. There are also small settlements with sea views and terraces that can accommodate informal meetings, and these settlements on each floor are vertically connected by a viewing staircase, forming a settlement chain.
社区设计十分注重对自然感和阳光感的追求,社区居民可通过“地表公园—架空大堂—海景电梯厅—阳光走廊—海景公寓—海景阳台”这样的回家动线一直沐浴在光明里。
The community design places a strong emphasis on the pursuit of a natural and sunny feel, and residents can take a home route through "GROUND - LEVEL PARK - SUSPENDED LOBBY - SEA VIEW ELEVATOR LOBBY - SUNLIGHT CORRIDOR - SEA VIEW APARTMENTS - SEA VIEW BALCONIES" to be bathed in light all the way home.
在分析了周边配套后,我们认为这里具有了完整的城市功能,设计要避免冗余,生活单元是使用者目的。
对这个海景公寓,我们希望其居住体验是治愈般的美好,所以在不到30平方的小房子里,卫生间都要采光通风,功能集约且具备家的所有要素,海景阳台要够宽,容的下多种生活场景。
After analyzing the surrounding facilities, we believe that this place has complete urban functions. The design should avoid redundancy, and the living unit is the purpose of the user.
For this sea view apartment, we hope that the living experience is healing and beautiful. Therefore, in a small house of less than 30 square meters, the toilet should be well lit and ventilated, functional and intensive, and have all the elements of a home. The sea view balcony should be wide enough to accommodate a variety of life scenarios.
除了栖城,在此次竞赛还有MVRDV、SHL、藤本壮介等一起参与,栖城在设计时考量到了实施和运营中的状态,力求在现实条件下演绎见得到的美好,裁剪冗余,回应城市公众、运营方、群体和个体使用者的述求,让建筑以“阳光明快健康”的姿态介入城市生活。
In addition to GN Architects, MVRDV, SHL, and Sou Fujimoto participated in the competition. We considered the state of implementation and operation during the design, and tried to deduce the beauty we can see under realistic conditions, cut redundancy, respond to the demands of the urban public, operators, groups and individual users, and make the building intervene in urban life with a "SUNNY AND HEALTHY" attitude.
